Terms and Conditions – Azteca $500 Dining Experience Competition

1. Eligibility The competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Azteca and their immediate families.
2. Competition Period The competition commences on 22/04/2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 22/06/2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
3. How to Enter To enter, participants must submit their details via the provided entry form on Azteca’s official website or other designated platforms during the competition period.
4. Prize One (1) winner will receive a $500 dining voucher for use at Azteca. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Winner Selection The winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries. The draw will take place at 9:00 AM AEST on 23/06/2025. The winner will be contacted directly via the contact details provided in their entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
6. Prize Redemption The winner must redeem their $500 dining voucher within six (6) months from the date of notification. Failure to redeem within this timeframe will result in the voucher being void.
7. General Conditions
   • Azteca reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with the entry requirements.
   • By entering the competition, participants agree to subscribe to Azteca’s email marketing communications. Participants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails.
   • Azteca’s decision regarding the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Liability To the extent permitted by law, Azteca will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the competition or the use of the prize.
